While the deadline to order Lenten materials has passed, you can still download and print locally our Lenten resources. Our Spring/Summer materials are available to order now in the shop. Orders must be placed by March 20th and will ship on or around April 17th. We'll do a second shipment for those that order by April 17th that will ship by May 1.

Every UTO Grant Awarded since 1883

Our Work

The United Thank Offering (UTO) began in 1883 when the women of the church took up a thank offering to support innovative mission and ministry in The Episcopal Church and Anglican Communion that the church budget could not cover.

Today, UTO includes members of all ages and genders, and welcomes people regardless of church affiliation. UTO’s focus is still on promoting gratitude and supporting innovative projects that address compelling needs around the globe.

Gratitude

UTO invites individuals to embrace and deepen a personal daily spiritual discipline of gratitude. For gratitude resources, events, and information, visit our gratitude page.

Granting

UTO distributes 100% of thank offerings made to the Ingathering to ministries throughout The Episcopal Church and Provinces of the Anglican Communion.

Leading

UTO is made up of a collection of lay and clerical members across the world, and our organization is made possible through this wonderful, grass-roots leadership.

Generosity

We at UTO believe that a great stewardship campaign begins and ends with gratitude. Our resources begin by giving thanks for our congregation and the gifts shared within it and our communities.
