Grant Reporting
Congratulations on your UTO Grant! We hope to make the grant process as simple as possible and easy for everyone to follow. You can find links to submit all reports on this page and you’ll receive an reminder email from our staff 30 days prior to your deadlines.
Click on the link above for an overview of all of the grant reports and links for submitting them.
Your initial report is due within 60 days of the award. The UTO Board uses this information to promote the grants and share your goals for your grant year.
If you are unable to complete your project within the year it was awarded, you can apply for up to an additional year of time to complete your project.
Mid-year reports are due 6 months after the award date if you have not requested an extension.
5. Final Report
Once you are ready to submit your final report, click the link above to do so. Your final report is due one year after your grant is paid or the date approved with an extension.
You will need to submit the Final Grant Accounting form along with your Final Report. If you are submitting a report that includes non USD, please use this spreadsheet to organize your report.
